This is the quickest and easiest way to order. Add the items you wish to buy to your “shopping cart”, and follow the easy to understand prompts through the checkout process. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Solo and Visa Electron payments.
Our dedicated customer service team are happy to process your order over the phone. Simply make a note of the products and the quantities you wish to order and phone 0800 772 0688 (free from a UK landline) with your card details to hand.
If you wish to order your items via email please get in touch with us at email@example.com with your order details and address along with a telephone number so that we may call to arrange a payment.
No-one likes paying out for postage so we are offering FREE postage and packing to all of our UK customers (apologies, we don’t currently ship outside the UK). All orders are sent out within 2-3 days by Royal Mail’s Second Class post service.
While orders are usually delivered a few days after this we have to advise you that Royal Mail state that you must wait 21 days before you may advise them of an order that hasn’t turned up and as a consequence we must wait 21 days to be able to track, trace, replace or refund missing items. That said we haven’t had any problems to date!
If you do wish to return an item please get in touch via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your full order information and your reason for return. We will get in touch ASAP to guide you through the process. More information on this may be found in our terms and conditions.
